Dennis E. Oberloh is a Partner of the firm. Dennis is a graduate of Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Association of Public Accountants. Dennis became licensed in 1981 with the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy and has over thirty years in public accounting. He has also completed the AICPA’s Governmental Accounting and Auditing Certificate of Education Achievement Program. Dennis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dennis works with all areas of the firm, specializing in auditing, governmental auditing, taxation, and management advisory services.
Sara J. Oberloh, CPA
Sara J. Oberloh is a Partner of the firm. Sara is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona with a Master’s of Science in Accounting. Sara has been with the firm as a full-time professional staff since 2002. Sara became licensed in 2018 with the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. Sara is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Sara works with auditing, governmental auditing, taxation and accounting services.
Theresa Oberloh
Theresa Oberloh is the Office Manager of the firm. Theresa has been with the firm since 1986. She works in the areas of taxation, accounting and bookkeeping services including payroll preparation.
Dannette Becker
Dannette is a full-time Administrative Assistant professional staff member. Dannette began working at the firm in 2019. She works in the areas of administrative services for the firm andbookkeeping services including payroll preparation for various business clients.
Jenna Frost
Jenna is a full-time professional staff member. Jenna is a graduate of Minnesota State University – Mankato with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Jenna began working at the firm in 2019. Jenna works in the areas of taxation, accounting and bookkeeping services.
Amanda Breitkreutz
Amanda is a full-time professional staff member. Amanda is a graduate of Minnesota West Community and Technical College, Granite Falls campus with an associates degree in Accounting. She began working at the firm in 2021. Amanda works in areas of bookkeeping and accounting services including payroll preparation.
